About Our Blog

Yoga is much more than a physical practice. During a yoga class our physical awareness grows, we tap into our body’s intelligence and we become physically more present. Is this enough to lead a joyful, authentic life? We found that it wasn’t. Presence and self knowledge on all levels are fundamental. By raising our awareness on how we think and how we respond emotionally, we are given a choice. To continue or to change. Without awareness, there is no choice as the ‘thinking’ or ’emotional response’ happens and continues (for as long as it wants) without our input. Our aim with these blogs is to offer you a way of contemplation. We share our thoughts, our challenges and what we notice in the way we think and respond, in the hope that it can enlighten you to yourself.
