One to One Support for Navigating Change

Private one to one for navigating change sessions offer a quiet, supportive space to explore and navigate change at your own pace. We work together to understand what is present for you and to shape an approach that supports greater clarity, comfort and balance.

Sessions are shaped around your needs and can be as frequent as feels appropriate. Some people benefit from weekly or bi-weekly support, while others prefer working in stages. For some, 4–5 sessions over a couple of months are enough to establish a sense of direction; others choose to return after a break, allowing time to practise, reflect and integrate what has been explored.

Following an initial consultation, we decide together what may serve you best and tailor the sessions accordingly, drawing from the principles of Yoga, Tai Chi, breathwork and reflective practices as appropriate.

Booking Options

Private support is usually offered in a short series.
You may book 5 or 10 sessions at a reduced rate, to be used within 6 months to a year respectively.

Location

Sessions are available:

  • in our home studio in Northaw, Potters Bar (approximately 20 minutes from Barnet)
  • in your home (travel costs apply)
  • online via Zoom, if preferred

Pricing & Commitment

Booking a series of sessions offers better value and supports commitment, thus the sustainability required for meaningful change.

Cancellations

The full fee is payable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.
