Yoga Class Tai Chi (Barnet & Elstree)
Our face-to-face Yoga Classes & Tai Chi classes are based in Barnet and Elstree (North London - Hertfordshire) per week. These local classes are general, welcoming, and suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.
We also have about 14 online classes a week, including yoga classes, mindful breathing, meditation, and more, all designed to support your wellbeing.
Our face-to-face yoga classes and our online yoga classes are suitable for adult practitioners of any age and fitness level. The same applies for our Tai Chi classes.
Below are the times and venues (Church House in High Barnet & Allum Hall in Elstree) for our face-to-face yoga and tai chi sessions. If you haven't been to our classes before, please complete the Health Form below prior to attending the class.
