Our face-to-face Yoga Classes & Tai Chi classes are based in Barnet and Elstree (North London - Hertfordshire) per week. These local classes are general, welcoming, and suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.

We also have about 16 online classes a week, including yoga classes, mindful breathing, meditation, and more, all designed to support your wellbeing.

Our face-to-face yoga classes and our online yoga classes are suitable for adult practitioners of any age and fitness level. The same applies for our Tai Chi classes.
