Group support for navigating change offers a shared and supportive environment in which to explore periods of transition alongside others. Working in a group can bring perspective, reassurance and a sense of connection, particularly during times when life feels demanding, pressured or in flux.

We offer group work in Hertfordshire and North London and occasionally online, depending on the nature of the course.

Format

Our group offerings vary in format, depending on the kind of change being explored.

Some groups run as 4–6 week courses, allowing time to build familiarity, practise regularly and integrate what is learned. Others may take the form of one-day or weekend gatherings, offering focused support around a specific change or transition.

All group work is grounded in the principles and practices of Yoga and Tai Chi, supporting regulation of the nervous system through movement, breath and awareness.

  • One-day or weekend gatherings designed to support preparation for significant life events.

We also design bespoke courses for private groups.

Choosing Group or One to One Support

Some changes are well supported within a group setting, while others are better held on a one to one basis. If you are unsure which may suit you best, we are happy to discuss options to help you decide.
