Join our Tai Chi Classes in Bushey
Join our friendly Tai Chi classes in Bushey Heath, every Tuesday from 1-2pm at St Peter's Parish Hall in Bushey Heath.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, our classes explore traditional tai chi with an authentic lineage. The practices include gentle, flowing movements, stability, mobility coordination and mindful focus.
Tai Chi offers an opportunity to improve health and well being, balance tensions and cultivate a greater sense of calm and joy. The class is suitable for all ages and most health conditions. If you haven't been to our classes before, please complete the Health Form below prior to attending the session.

£12.00 drop in or class pack 5 - save 50p/class (use in 6 weeks) or 10 save £1/class (use in 12 weeks).

Parking is available outside the hall if there are spaces or in the public car park opposite the hall (Post code WD23 1SE) or further up the High Road past the parade of shops at the junction with the Rutts. Post code WD23 1JA.
Clothing please wear comfortable clothes and plimsoles or trainers. No yoga mat necessary.
