Join us in a 3hr workshop open to beginners, intermediates and adepts. During this workshop we will introduce the Work of Byron Katie as a way to detox the mind from stressful thoughts. We will work with negative emotions, understand their messages and learn how to let go of their negative hold. We will end the session with physical practices that assist in digestion (on all levels).
It is our aim that you will leave this session, inspired more familiar with and curious to know your mind and understand and befriend your emotions.
