Perhaps you are a ‘seasoned surfer’ but have some blocks or are in need for some new inspiration….
This course will guide you from A-Z in the ‘classic’ teachings and methods derived from a blend of the Toltec Shamanism with some of the practices of the Tantrikas of India and the Tibetan Buddhist Yogins, all whom regarded these aspects of ourselves and consciousness as both useful and even imperative to ‘awakening to reality’ or becoming a ‘man (or woman, or anything else you choose) of knowledge’.
These recordings are of the sessions with some of our students and share the various practices which are all contained in the manual as well as the meditations and audio recordings to go with them and Q&A sessions to help obtain a more rounded grasp of the subject matter. As well as this, it is my hope that by watching the course, you may be suitable inspired to develop your daily practice which will inevitably change your life for the better.
These 90 minute sessions are fun and friendly and presented in a way that introduces you to the subject matter of Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection or Outer Body Experiences and creates a recommended path for you to follow. The study starts with Lucid Dreaming and Progresses to Astral Projection and is preceded by the necessary background and a little theory and science to help one grasp the information with both sides of one’s brain.
