Join us in a two hour workshop of mindfulness meditational practices devised to help calm and centre your mind. The session will include some very light physical exercises to help align the body and mind followed by concentration and meditational awareness practices which apply the use of breath and mental exercises to lead the mind inwards to a state of improved clarity, stillness and joy.
This workshop is open to everyone 16 years and older with a little yoga experience required. If you have difficulty sleeping well, rising easily, concentrating effectively and maintaining energy and immune levels, this workshop will help you to identify the root of your ‘challenges’ and provide the means with which to potentially sever the cause/s with sustained practice.
