FOR YOGA STUDENTS AND CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS FOR BWY YOGA TEACHERS
A day to inspire practitioners to enjoy the simple nature of breath and to appreciate its role in vitality. The day will incorporate most of the common methods of pranayama practice, which when combined, promote understanding of how the breath can be used as a gateway to and beyond the mind. Students will be inspired at seeing the ease by which practice can be transformed in to nature. The day includes a little theory and plenty of practice in an informal and caring environment. Meet friends old and new in a peaceful and loving setting.
~ Practice the techniques safely and effectively in your own time.
~ Gain a basic knowledge of the effects of each technique upon the anatomy and physiology, intellect and psyche.
~ Access this knowledge based upon direct experience, backed up by theory, which you can try and test for yourself in your own time.
~ Apply these methods to promote intense joy, self healing, awareness, strength, alignment and gain the confidence to impart the techniques to students/friends or family, for the good of all.
~ Go home feeling refreshed and reassured that Yoga is based upon Nature and the Divine Self within.
The day also includes a 55 page E-Booklet for home practice after the event. Please make your bookings with Reception at the Special Yoga Centre. We look forward to meeting you there.
Namaste.

Sarah Schadegg sarita_sjs@yahoo.com September is National Yoga Awareness Month
National Yoga Awareness Month UK is a grassroots campaign built to create awareness of yoga’s proven health benefits and provide people with actionable guidance and tools to better their own well-being.
Inspired by the Yoga Month Initiative started in The USA by Johannes R. Fisslinger in 2007 and continuing to make a difference,
Raising much needed funds for charitable causes at the same time as increasing awareness of the benefits of Yoga.
You are invited to add your class/events to make
National Yoga Awareness Month UK Successful
‘Many Yoga Teachers have Yoga Events for Charity and now with NYAM UK we can give them the National Publicity and help each other increase the funds raised for the charity of their choice’.
“When Johannes contacted me regarding a campaign to raise Yoga Awareness and combining the idea with events to help raise funds for nominated charities, I immediately became inquisitive on how this could be done, many of my fellow Yoga Teachers have an annual event to support a charity close to their hearts, if we could increase Yoga Awareness at the same time that would be something very special, one month when all the effort of so many can make a positive change for the better”. Mike Gould (Yoga Elder)
You are invited to add your class/events to make Nyam happen..

Here are some comments about recent Workshops
Hi Matt, Thank you for your e-mail and all the generous attachments that came with it ! You are right, there was a real diversity in the room but you did an amazing job of transferring your knowledge at a level that each of us could absorb and also made everyone feel comfortable enough to enquire/ask questions. I feel you gave everyone that fundamental truth that the knowledge is in each of us already and we had a sacred gathering to allow it to unfold gently and beautifully, with your loving and accepting guidance.
Love and light Gulcan.
Dorna and Matt,
Thank you so much for such an informative, enjoyable and a healing day. The de-tox really worked for me as I could experience the cleansing process as soon as the next day. I am experiencing boundless energy after the event. I will try my best to attend all your future workshops.
All my friends had a wonderful time and they have told me that they are still enjoying the "feel good factor".
Please keep up the good work.
Best regards, 'I'
