Pada Krama (Leg Form) DVD Practice

A 70 minute home practice focusing on your legs, while working out the whole body. Includes warm up (and down, at the end) and simple stages (kramas) through each stance, which progress the body to increasing strength and mobility. The Dvd is personally filmed in our garden, is very peaceful and grounding. My hope is that it will help you to understand the simplicity of movement, correct timing and effortless natural progression. It's always handy to remember the goal of yoga, as described by the Masters, is the cessation of the mind. I hope this DVD helps you in some way.

A workshop to inspire practitioners to enjoy the simple nature of breath and to appreciate its role in vitality. The session will incorporate a melange of some of the common methods of pranayam practice, which when combined, promote understanding of how the breath can be used as a gateway to and beyond the mind. Students will be inspired at seeing the ease by which practice can be transformed in to nature. The practice includes a little theory and plenty of practice in an informal and caring environment. Meet friends old and new in a peaceful and loving setting.
~ Practice the techniques safely and effectively in your own time.
~ Gain a basic knowledge of the effects of each technique upon the anatomy and physiology, intellect and psyche.
~ Access this knowledge based upon direct experience, backed up by theory, which you can try and test for yourself in your own time.
~ Apply these methods to promote intense joy, self healing, awareness, strength, alignment and gain the confidence to impart the techniques to students/friends or family, for the good of all.
~ Go home feeling refreshed and reassured that Nature and the Divine are yoked within.
